Visitor/Guests Access

In accordance with security procedures, the General Manager and guard will not admit guests. Guests are expected to call residents on the entrance telephone system. It is the responsibility of the resident to admit guests. Please be certain that guests know your unit number as the office will not reveal it.

Visitor parking is also available in the north cul-de-sac during the evenings and weekends. Visitors must register their vehicle (see below).

Visitors and guests are required to to register their vehicle, including the parking space they are using, in the electronic tablet in the lobby. Vehicles not properly registered will be towed at the owner’s expense. Vehicle registration includes:

• Visitor's name and email

• Parking space number

• Unit number visiting

• Cell phone number

• Make, model and color of car

• License plate number, including state in which it is registered

• Sunday  (Loading/unloading - 30 minute limit)
